REVIEW
Score 34–89
Medium or high risk signals detected. Alert only — never auto-block. Human decision required.
BLOCK
Score 90–100
Critical risk. Sanctions match or strong corroborated evidence. Auto-block if your policy enables it. You control enforcement.
