The wallet risk report is built from the same snapshot the screening used, so what the officer saw on screen is what the file says. Assessment and action on page one, evidence on two and three, method and legal notice on four. A sanctions hit concludes early and the report says so.

The signature is over the snapshot, not just the PDF. A counterparty, an auditor or a regulator can confirm the score and the sources were not edited after the fact, with our public key, without an account.
Cryptographically Signed Reports
Every report carries an Ed25519 signature over the snapshot it was built from, so a third party can confirm the score and the sources were not edited after the fact.
SAR export and clean-wallet certificates.
The SAR Export tab prepares the jurisdiction filing from the case evidence. The Certificates tab issues a clean-wallet certificate when a score qualifies, and says plainly when it does not.
