Sanctuary aggregates data from multiple third-party sources including government sanctions lists, community reports, and on-chain analytics. While we take reasonable measures to verify data quality, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Sanctuary’s liability for any claims arising from use of the service is limited to the lesser of: (i) the fees paid for the 12-month period preceding the claim; or (ii) $100,000 USD. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
